Aims & Scope

The Journal of Resubmissions - Management aims to quality empirical and theoretical scholarly research. JRM is interested in empirical work that tests, extends, or builds management theory and contributes to management practice. All empirical methods including, but not limited to, qualitative, quantitative, field, laboratory, meta-analytic, and mixed methods are welcome. To be considered in JRM, the research must have received a "Revise & Resubmit" decision from a quality management journal. The journal will focus on research and theory in all management topics such as human resources, strategy and design, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, operations management, change management, and risk management.
