About the Journal

The Journal of Resubmissions - Applied Psychology (JRAP) seeks to publish original theoretical and empirical research that although denied publication by quality journals after revisions following "Revise & Resubmit" decisions, contribute new knowledge, insights, and understanding of cognitive, motivational, affective, and behavioral psychological phenomena in work, organizational, and other broader applied settings.

The psychological phenomena can be at one or multiple levels (individuals, groups, organizations, or cultures), in work settings (business, education, training, health, service, government, or military institutions), and in the public or private sector (for-profit or nonprofit organizations). JRAP welcomes research in all domains of applied psychology including but not limited to:

  • counseling/vocational psychology
  • cross-cultural psychology
  • economic psychology
  • environmental psychology
  • psychological assessment
  • psychology and ethics
  • psychology and entrepreneurship
  • psychology and human resource management
  • psychology and leadership
  • sports psychology

The topics that are considered appropriate at JRAP include but are not limited to:

  • individual differences in abilities, personality, and other characteristics

  • team development, processes, and effectiveness

  • expertise and knowledge management
  • creativity, innovation, and adaptation
