Aims & Scope

The Journal of Resubmissions - Applied Psychology aims to publish scholarly investigations that rigorously develop, tests, or advance psychological theory, research, and practice in work, organizational, and other applied settings. All empirical methods including, but not limited to, qualitative, quantitative, field, laboratory, meta-analytic, and mixed methods are welcome. To be considered in JRAP, the research must have received a "Revise & Resubmit" decision from a quality journal focused on applied psychology. The journal's interest is in research and theory in all domains of applied psychology, including work and organizational psychology, counseling/vocational psychology, cross-cultural psychology, economic psychology, environmental psychology, psychological assessment, psychology and ethics, psychology and entrepreneurship, psychology and human resource management, psychology and leadership, and sports psychology.
