About the Journal
The Journal of Resubmissions - Human Resources (JRHR) is a unique academic journal focusing solely on manuscripts that have been denied publication from quality journals after undergoing revisions following "Revise & Resubmit (R&R)" decisions. The journal considers scholarly work that presents cutting-edge, out-of-the-box research and thought leadership on policy, practices, trends, and issues aimed at understanding and advancing the field of HRM and, in turn, the effective utilization of human capital and the practice of HRM in organizations. JRHR believes that articles that receive R&R decisions from quality journals possess substantial contributions to both theory and practice and thus, the JRPP family (editors and reviewers) take a "helping" rather than a "judge" role to enable authors to build on the positives of their manuscripts to advance our knowledge and understanding of HRM theory and research.
JRHR welcomes research on micro-, macro-, or multi-level phenomena and research examining outcomes critical to society, organizations, or workers including the representatives and stakeholders of these groups. JRHR considers authors as partners in enhancing and moving forward the HRM research
