Aims & Scope
The Journal of Resubmissions - Leadership (JRL) is dedicated to advancing knowledge about the leadership phenomenon, including how it unfolds, how to study it, as well as its practical implications. To be considered for publication in JRL, a manuscript should have been denied publication from a quality leadership journal after revision(s) following a "Revise & Resubmit" decision(s).
The scope of JRL is broad, including but not limited to:
- psychology broadly defined (i.e., industrial-organizational, social, evolutionary, biological, differential)
- management (i.e., organizational behavior, strategy, organizational theory)
- political science
- sociology
- economics (i.e., personnel, behavioral, labor)
- anthropology
- history
- methodology
- multidisciplinary perspectives.
